We (my family of 7) had a cruise booked for July 2019. 30 days before that sailing, we received an email from the cruise line informing us that they were taking the cruise ship out of service for maintenance/repairs and cancelling the cruise. I was in an awful panic! Five of us, four adults and one teenager, had already scheduled our time off work for vacation while the kids were on summer break, so at this point we HAD to go SOMEWHERE! We definitely were not staying here! So… I got in touch with Beth and told her the situation. We gave her our budget and told her that our options were open for another cruise or an all-inclusive somewhere. She got right on it without hesitation. I started receiving options within an hour of contacting her. 24 hours later, we booked an all-inclusive to Costa Rica. Flights, transportation from and to the airport, the all-inclusive resort, everything was taken care of and I could now relax for the next 3 weeks! 

Not only did she handle our urgent request/situation, she gave us SO MANY recommendations on where to go, see, do – and since she is a world traveler, she KNOWS these things!  We had a hiccup at check-in and she was immediately on top of it and handled it! AND she checked in with us throughout the vacation to see how it was going! We had the most incredible time and this vacation was a phenomenal experience with many sweet memories made, all thanks to Beth! She is a dedicated travel agent with a love and passion for what she does!! She is, without a doubt, our travel agent from now on!
